Dr. Gegzna grew up near Omaha, Nebraska, and after earning his degree in Aviation Management from the University of Nebraska, he spent six years as a pilot. He later decided to pursue his passion for healthcare and went on to graduate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2014.
Since then, Dr. Gegzna has practiced dentistry in the Mobile area and even served internationally as a dentist at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad and on several military bases in Iraq. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages and providing a wide variety of dental services. His focus is always on helping patients feel at ease, listening carefully to their concerns, and delivering treatment that exceeds expectations.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gegzna enjoys boating on Dog River and Rabbit Creek, spending time at the beach, cooking homemade pizza, and doing yardwork. He and his wife, Arlee, live in the Tillman’s Corner community with their three goldendoodles—Whiskey, Frank, and Mabel—and are proud to call Mobile home.
Fun fact: Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Gegzna was a pilot for six years and still loves anything that keeps him close to the water or the sky.
Dr. Shipp brings over 13 years of experience in dentistry, having owned and operated his own practice in Mississippi before moving to the Mobile Bay area. He recently joined Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL and enjoys getting to know his patients personally, helping them build strong dental health so they can eat their favorite foods and smile with confidence.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Shipp has been married to his wife, Morgan, for over 12 years, and together they have three energetic children who keep life fun and adventurous. Their family also includes Stella, a beagle they’ve loved for 12 years. In his free time, Dr. Shipp enjoys just about anything outdoors. Since relocating, he and his family have loved exploring and experiencing everything the bay area has to offer.

Arlee has been part of the Rabbit Creek Dental family for over 3 years, serving as our dedicated Office Manager. She loves supporting our team and watching each member grow and thrive, as well as helping patients feel comfortable and confident when visiting the dentist. One of her greatest joys is helping patients overcome dental fears and anxiety so they can achieve healthier, happier smiles.
Outside of the office, Arlee enjoys traveling, boating on the Gulf Coast, reading, and snuggling with her three goldendoodles. Her friendly personality and passion for people make her an essential part of what makes Rabbit Creek Dental one of the best dental offices in Mobile, AL.

Jaycie has been part of Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL for the past year, where she has quickly become an important member of our team. She finds a deep sense of purpose in her role as a Dental Assistant, supporting a team that values and loves what we do. Since joining, Jaycie has achieved personal goals, built meaningful connections, and takes pride in watching patients leave our office smiling and happy after their visits.
Outside of dentistry, Jaycie enjoys spending time with her dog, Spirit—her energetic “baby” who keeps life fun with zoomies. As the second of six siblings, she’s naturally nurturing and loves staying connected through FaceTime calls with her family who live out of state. Her favorite hobbies include car karaoke, watching TV, listening to music, and sharing laughs with loved ones.
Fun fact: Jaycie is the queen of car karaoke and never misses a chance to perform on the road!
Kayla, known to everyone at Rabbit Creek Dental as “Wim,” joined our team in 2024 and has quickly become an invaluable part of the office. Although she started her career in dentistry in 2021, she says her time at Rabbit Creek Dental has been her best year yet. As our Senior Front Office Coordinator, Wim loves helping patients understand and navigate their insurance so they can receive the dental care they deserve.
Outside of the office, Wim enjoys traveling with her husband to national parks and attending concerts. At home, she adores her “family zoo,” which includes dogs, cats, geese, ducks, and even a ball python. She also loves playing musical instruments and relaxing with needlepoint projects.
Fun fact: Wim’s ball python is named Linguine—proof that she has a fun sense of humor and a love for unique pets!
Alonna has worked in dentistry for 3 years and recently joined Rabbit Creek Dental, where she has quickly become a valued part of our team. As a Front Office Coordinator who also assists with X-rays and fill-in support, she enjoys seeing the progress our patients make throughout their treatment. Watching patients show off their smiles before and after, seeing the sparkle in their eyes, and sharing in their excitement and relief is what warms her heart the most.
Outside of the office, Alonna’s passions include reading, writing, shopping, photography, videography, skincare, and beauty. She also loves spending time with her pets—her dog, Penny, and her cats, Bella and Tigger. Her favorite activities include shopping trips, brunch with friends, and dressing up.

With 9 years of experience in dentistry, Aleatria recently joined Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL and has quickly become a valued part of the team. As a Dental Assistant, she finds the most joy in helping patients feel better and getting them out of pain. Her compassionate and calming presence helps create a comfortable experience for every patient she meets.
Outside of the office, Aleatria is a proud girl mom who loves making memories with her daughters. She enjoys fishing, bowling, and spending quality time with her family.
Fun fact: Aleatria is an ace at bowling and loves turning it into family fun time!
Marissa has been in dentistry since 2017 and has proudly served patients at Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL for the past 3 years. As a Dental Hygienist, her favorite part of the job is building connections with patients—whether that’s helping them improve their oral health or being a supportive ear for life outside the dental chair. She finds it incredibly rewarding to make a difference in both areas.
Outside of the office, Marissa loves bright colors, traveling, and discovering new pastry and coffee shops. She enjoys spending time with her son, Jessup, and their pets—a cat named Diablo and a dog named Rosie. A self-proclaimed earring enthusiast, Marissa also loves to read on her Kindle (her “bestie”) and has a practical side, always on the hunt for great dupes instead of the full-priced version.
Fun fact: Marissa has a serious earring collection and considers her Kindle her true “bestie.”
Aaliyah is the newest member of our dental assisting team, recently graduating from Fortis College and beginning her career here at Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL. This is her first position in the dental field, and she already loves connecting with patients and working closely with our dentists, hygienists, and assistants to make sure every visit is smooth and comfortable.
Outside of work, Aaliyah is a proud dog mom to Koda and a true family girl—she has five siblings (three brothers and two sisters) and is especially close to her mom. She enjoys spending time in nature, going on hikes, and relaxing at the beach. At home, she also loves reading, the gym, and practicing piano (she’s still learning, but improving every day!).
Fun fact: Aaliyah is teaching herself piano and says Koda is her biggest audience.
With 8 years of experience in dentistry, Shannon has proudly served patients at Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL for the past 3 years as our Lead Dental Hygienist. She enjoys making people feel comfortable in the dental chair and loves seeing patients smile big again after treatment, especially when they regain their confidence. Between patients, Shannon is often found giving Frank and Mabel, our beloved office dogs, a little extra snuggle time.
Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Jace and Josie, and caring for her flock of eight chickens. She loves reading, experimenting with gardening, and growing flowers to attract bees and butterflies. She also has an artistic side and enjoys expressing herself through tattoos, each with its own story.
Fun fact: Shannon has a soft spot for animals — from dogs to chickens — and says her pets always keep life interesting.
Alexis has been working in dentistry since 2014, beginning her career right out of high school through her training at Fortis. She recently joined Rabbit Creek Dental in Mobile, AL, and has already made a big impact with her warm and gentle approach to patient care. Alexis loves helping patients overcome dental anxiety and fears, building their confidence by making them proud of their smiles. She finds joy in gaining patients’ trust, always treating them like family while providing the highest quality care. Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Peyton, and their two children—Annalise, age 5, and Amari, 6 months. Together, they love making memories as a family, with one of their favorite traditions being enjoying crawfish boils. Alexis’s compassion, skill, and dedication make her an important part of what makes Rabbit Creek Dental one of the best dental offices in Mobile, AL.
